摘要
使用化学镀的方法,在多孔陶瓷底膜上分别沉积一层薄的钯银镀层,经焙烧处理,形成了钯银合金/陶瓷复合膜。该复合膜的钯银合金顶层很薄,因此复合膜的氢气渗透率大,成本低。研究了在该复合膜中的环己烷脱氢反应,获得了环己烷超平衡转化率的结果,并考察了各种因素如反应温度。
A thin palladium and a thin silver film were respectively deposited on a ceramic substrate by electroless plating technique.After calcination,a palladium silver alloy/ceramic composite membrane was obtained.The hydrogen permeability of the composite membrane is very high and the cost of the composite membrane is low because the palladium silver alloy film is very thin.The cyclohexane dehydrogenation in the composite membrane reactor was studied.The conversion of cyclohexane exceeded the equilibrium conversion in the membrane reactor.Various parameters,such as reaction temperature,space velocity and sweep gas flux in permeation side were investigated.
