摘要
语文教师肩负着提高学生语文素养、使学生获得语文素养的重任,其前提是教师必须具备深厚的人文素养。人文素养也可称为人文精神,是对真善美和谐境界的人性追求,它来自于平素的修养和化育。语文教师要充分认识具备人文素养的现实意义,自觉提高人文素养,以更高的人文标准为目标,吸纳优秀人物人文素养的精华,同时注重教学相长。而学校也应结合新《语文课程标准》,开展有特色的文化培训活动,促进语文教师人文素养的提高。
Teachers of Chinese should be responsible for improving students' Chinese quality and making students' attain Chinese quality. Thus teachers of Chinese should have abundant humanities quality. Humanities quality or humanities spirits, at the pursue for harmony of truth, kindness and beauty, results from daily culture and education. Teachers of Chinese should understand well reality significance of getting humanities quality, enhance humanities quality, take higher humanities standards as the objective, absorb essence of outstanding men' s humanities quality and emphasize mutual benefits of teachers and students by teaching. Meanwhile, according to Chinese Curriculum Standards, schools should take characterized culture training so as to enhance teachers of Chinese's humanities quality.
