摘要
通过多年的教学实践,针对高校教学的特点,总结出“分层次教学”的教学模式。提出按学生的基础能力将他们分成初级班、中级班和高级班,学习不同的内容;再依据学生接受能力的高低,灵活机动地由初级班向中级班、高级班升降。经在游泳教学中进行分组对比实验,效果显著。
To probe into the regularities of swimming teaching we should, improve the teaching quality and make most of the students master knowledge and learn the skills in limited time. According to the features, I summarized "stratification teaching" method through many years' teaching practice. The teaching manner should be changed with their abilities. There fore, we should divide students into primary class, mid rank class and senior class,letting them learn different contents, and make them flexibly by their ability of learning new things. The experimental contrast data have been checked and have very notable difference.
