摘要
为临床合理应用高选择性非甾体消炎药(NSID)提供参考。介绍高选择性非甾体消炎药的研究进展和作用特点,以及其不良反应,并对其在临床上的应用进行评价,以便合理应用高选择性非甾体消炎药。高选择性非甾体消炎药对环氧化酶2(COX-2)的选择性高,作用途径不断扩展,确立了其在解热、镇痛、抗风湿和消炎治疗中的主导地位,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
To provide information of clinical agents. To introduce the study progress and inflammatory agents and evaluate their clinical use of highly-selective non-steroid anti-inflammatory characteristics of highly-selective non-steroid antiuse. Highly-selective non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents have highly-selective action to cyclooxygenase. It have broad prospects in clinical use.
