摘要
针对PC机与数控系统RS-232串口直接通信距离短、可靠性不高的缺点,介绍了基于智能通信模块(RS-485)的FANUC数控系统远程通信软件开发的硬件平台结构。以VB语言为软件开发工具,给出了上位机软件设计思路,应用远程智能通信模块指令,介绍了FANUC系统串口通信协议,阐述了通信数据包的软件处理过程,以及调试和通信参数设置。该系统已在实际应用中得到验证,效果良好,具有推广应用价值。
Aimed at to the shortcoming of RS- 232 direct series communication between PC and Numerical Control System (NCS), such as short distance and poor reliability, it introduces the hardware structure based on the FANUC NCS remote communication, presents the software design sketch of master computer with the V73 platform. Applying the instructions of remote intelligent communication module, it designs the protocol of FANUC system series communication, discusses the procedure of data - procession, testing and parametersetting. The whole system is verified in FANUC application center and the results are valuable and useful.
