摘要
兼有金属和陶瓷性能的Ti3SiC2是一种三元层状碳化物材料,既有象陶瓷那样的高温性能,又有类似金属的导热性和导电性,应用前景十分广阔。机械合金化和反应烧结是制备Ti3SiC2的重要方法。文中介绍了Ti3SiC2结构、性能,以及制备Ti3SiC2的一些粉末冶金方法。
With the properties of both metal and ceramics, Tia SiC2 is a kind of layered ternary carbide. Not only it can bear the high temperature like ceramics, but can be heat-guided and conductive like metal as well. As the result, it has a bright perspective. Both the mechanical alloy and reactionsintering are the mains method to fabricate Ti3SiC2. In the paper, we discuss the construction and properties of Ti2SiC2, and give some power metallurgy technologies to fabricating Ti2 SIC2.
