摘要 分站是煤矿安全监测监控系统的关键,传统的基于8/16位单片机的分站已经成为制约煤矿监控系统发展的瓶颈。基于VxWorks的网络化数据采集分站采用32位ARM处理器,兼有嵌入式网关的功能,能够汇接其它监控系统的信息,并且使用TrueFFS闪存文件系统和嵌入式WebServer支持远程管理和系统在线升级。现场应用表明具有很好的实时性和可靠性。 Sub-station is the key to safety monitoring and measurement system of mine broadband integrated service digital network (MBISDN). Traditional substations based on 8/16 bits MCU/CPU have been a neck bottle limiting the development of monitor system in coal-mine. Networking data acquirement substation based on real-time multiple-task operating system vxworks uses 32-bit ARM microcontroller. In addition, it can act as an embedded gateway and converge datum from other systems. Remote browsing and management are supported by implementing trueFFS flash file system and an embedded web server on it. Finally field application shows the reality and reliability of this system.
