摘要
从健康肉鸡肠道分离得到乳酸菌,将其菌悬液以不同体积比加入大肠杆菌培养液中,发现大肠杆菌生长受到不同程度的抑制。对于乳酸菌抑菌机理的初步探讨结果表明:乳酸菌菌悬液离心后所得菌体沉淀对大肠杆菌无抑制作用,而上清液中的胞外代谢产物有明显抑菌作用。上清液中抑菌作用约一半以上是由乳酸产生的,其余的抑菌效果则来源于乳酸菌产生的其它抑菌物质。
The culture fluid of lactobacillus was added into the liquid substrate of E. coli at different concentration. The growth of E. coli was restrained to different extent. Further research was carried out on the anti--bacteria mechanism of the lactobacillus. The culture fluid of lactobaciUus was centrifuged. The mycelium of lactobacillus precipitation and the supernatant were added into the E. coli culture. The result showed that while the mycelium of lactobacillu didn't showed any bacteriostatic effect, the extracellular metabolites in the supernatant had obvious bacteriostatic effect which arose from lactic acid produce by lactobacillus and other unknown anti bacteria substance.
