90min游泳及强化肉碱对高脂饮食小鼠血脂指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of 90 Minute Swimming and Intensive Carnitine on Blood Lipid's Index of Rats with High-fat Diet

摘要 通过对高脂饮食小鼠施以90min的游泳运动以及强化肉碱的方式观察小鼠血脂指标HDL-C、TC、T的变化情况。结果发现,纯运动组体重与高脂对照组小鼠相比较,体重明显降低;运动结合肉碱后,小鼠的重量较高脂对照组有显著的降低,但与纯运动组比较,体重没有显著差异;纯运动组及运动结合肉碱组均升高了血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度。纯运动组、运动结合肉碱组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度明显高于高脂对照组。 Through making 90 minute swimming and intensive carnitine on rats with high-fat diet, the author observed the change of blood index such as HDL C,TC and T. The result showed that the weight of exercise group had significant decrease comparing with control group. After combining exercise with carnitine,the weight of rats had significant decrease than the rats with high-fat diet control group,but there was no significant difference with exercise group. The exercise group and exercise with carnitine group elevated the level of HDL-C. The level of HDL-C of exercise group and exercise with carnitine group was obviously higher than that of control group.
