摘要
镁合金是目前使用的最轻的金属材料,因其优良的物理和力学性能受到了广泛的关注。特别是高的比强度使其成为以减轻自重为目的的汽车和航空领域的理想金属材料。然而,镁合金的耐蚀性差成为阻碍镁合金推广应用的一个重要问题。综述了镁合金的腐蚀问题和目前国内外的几种镁合金防护方法的研究现状。提高镁合金耐蚀性的途径主要有:开发新的镁合金;采用快速凝固工艺;应用表面技术,如化学转化处理、阳极氧化、金属镀膜、激光表面改性、离子注入等表面处理技术等。
Magnesium alloy is a kind of light metal material being applied widely. It attracts much attention because of its excellent physical and mechanical properties. In particular, its high strength weight ratio makes it an ideal metal for automotive and aerospace applications, where weight reduction is of significant concern. Unfortunately, the corrosion becomes a key problem of hindering it to be got more wide application. In the present paper, its corrosion problems and the present research status of protective measures were reviewed. The means of improving its corrosion are as follows, developing new magnesium alloy, adopting rapid solidification processing, applying surface technologies, which include conversion coatings, anodizing, electrochemical plating, laser surface modification, ion implantation.
