Propagation of the Kurtosis Parameter of Partially Coherent Beams Passing through Turbulent Atmosphere

摘要 基于广义惠更斯-菲涅尔原理,采用高斯-谢尔模型(GSM)光束作为部分空间相干光的典型例,研究了GSM光束K参数在湍流大气中的传输.研究表明:湍流要引起GSM光束扩展,但其光强仍然保持高斯分布,所以GSM光束在湍流大气中传输保持K=2不变. Using the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle and taking the Gaussian-SeheU model (GSM) beam as a typical example of partially coherent beams, the propagation of the kurtosis parameter of GSM beams passing through turbulent atmosphere is studied. It is shown that the intensity distribution of GSM beams keeps Gaussian type in spite of turbulence resulting in spreading of the beam, so K = 2 remains unchanged in turbulent atmosphere.
