摘要
目的:探讨酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:采用56度红星二锅头酒灌胃建立急性酒精中毒小鼠模型,以葛花解酲汤为对照,观察酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和TNF-αI、L-8的影响。结果:模型组小鼠胃黏膜出现明显出血、糜烂,点片状溃疡,黏膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润,同时胃黏膜TNF-αI、L-8含量升高(P<0.01),酒速愈明显改善胃黏膜病理组织学,并降低TNF-αI、L-8含量(P<0.01)。结论:酒速愈具有降低炎性细胞因子的含量,减轻炎症性损伤,保护急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜的作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Jiusuyu on inflammatory cytokines of acute alcoholism mices. Methods：To make the model of acute alcoholism by drinking 56° Hongxing Eeguotou drink, compared with Gehuajiecheng liquid, the effect of Pathological histology, the mucosal TNF-a and IL-8 content of acute alcoholism mices were observed. Results： The mucosal of mice in model group was blood, fester, ulcer, and a lot of inflammatory cell could be seen ; At the same time the content of TNF-a, IL-8 were increased （ P 〈 0.01）; Compared with model group, Jiusuyu could improve pathological histology of acute alcoholism mices, and decrease the content of TNF-a,IL-8（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Conclusion： Jiusuyu could decrease the content of TNF- α ,IL-8, resist damage of inflammation and protect mucosal of acute alcoholism mices effectively.
