酒钢选矿厂综合自动化系统及应用效果 被引量:3

COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMATION SYSTEM AND APPLICATION RESULT IN MINE SELECTION PLANT OF JISCO

摘要 为了对生产过程实施精细化控制,稳定质量,提高金属回收率,我们采用过程控制系统及生产执行系统二级结构对全厂实施了自动控制改造。改造后,金属回收率提高2.01%,综合铁精矿品位提高0.57%,综合铁精矿加工费降低2.14元/t,岗位职工减少237人。 In order to perform fine control of production process, stabilize quality, improve metal yield and reduce consumption we revamped automation system for the whole plant. We adopted two levels structure, i.e. process control system and production execution system. After revamping metal yield was increased 2.01%, content of integration fine iron mine was increased 0.57%, machine cost of integration fine iron mine was decreased 2.14 RMB/t and 237 operators were reduced.
