摘要
目的探讨物流传输工作中存在的标本滞留、错误发送、标本泄漏、检验科与临床科室交接和查对费时的问题,并寻找改进方案。方法分析现有物流传输存在问题的原因。落实物品传送与接收信息反馈责任制,应用明确的查对标识,完善护士的规范化培训。结果改进后的物流传输系统运转顺利,未出现异常情况。结论物流传输自动化,保证临床标本及时送检,节省人力,提高了护理质量。
Objectives To explore the problems An the material transportation system in hospital,and seek improvement measures. Methods The problems and reasons An the material transportation system were analyzed,including specimen delay, wrong delivery, sample leakage, time - consuming in the delivery and check between laboratory and clinical departments. Then,some countermeasures were adopted,such as establishing the responsibilities of information feedback of material transportation, applying clear check marks, and perfecting nurses＇ standardized training. Result This practice reduced the mistakes in the material transportation. Conclusion Automatic material transportation system could ensure the specimen to be transported timely ,reduce labor- consuming,and improve the quality of nursing.
