摘要
测定了宝钢高炉炉尘的粒度组成和分布,二次灰的粒径主要以小于149μm的为主,占85%左右,重力灰的粒度主要以74~297μm的为主,占60%左右。通过岩相显微分析确定了炉尘中未消耗煤粉和焦炭存在的不同结构形态。根据炉尘中煤粉和焦炭中碳的消耗程度,给出了由显微分析结果计算出的宝钢高炉大喷煤时炉尘中未消耗煤粉碳所占的百分比的定量表达式。
The particle size distribution in BF(blast furnace) dust and at Baosteel was measured. 85% particles in secondary dust are smaller than 74 μm, while 60% particles in gravitational dust is about 74-297μm. The structure of unconsumed pulverized coal is different from that of coke according to petrographical microanalysis. Based on the utilization degree of carbon in unconsumed pulverized coal and coke, the carbon proportion from unconsumed pulverized coal was determined by the microscopic analysis results of BF dust at large PCI.
