摘要
超临界CO2萃取的蛋黄磷脂经甲基化处理,以薄层色谱鉴定后,用气相色谱-质谱技术及图谱检索,分析其脂肪酸组成和胆固醇,并求出7种脂肪酸的含量。
Egg phospholipid prepared through supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of hen egg was modified to methyl esters by means of BF_3-MeOH,and was checked with thin-layer chromatography. Fatty acids and cholesterol were analyzed by GC/MS, and matched with Nist library. Seven compositions in egg phospholipid were characterized and determined.
