摘要
通过乳化炸药基质的制备,本文讨论了不同油相组成和乳化剂类型及对基质粒子大小及分布的影响,利用激光粒度分析仪检测出基质粒子的大小及其分布,且通过高、低温循环实验来检测乳化炸药的稳定性。实验表明:采用复合乳化剂比单一乳化剂的乳化效果好,而且基质粒子的大小及分布范围越窄其储存稳定性就越好。
In this paper, the factors affecting the particle size and distribution of emulsion explosive mixture were studied, such as emulsifying agents and its contents within different components in oil-phase. And the change of the particle size and its distribution were further tested with temperature changing by high-low temperature circulation test and the influence of above factors on the stability of emulsion explosive were researched and the results tested showed that emulsifying effection with mixture emulsifying agents are better than that with solo emulsifying agent. And more diswider is particle size and distribution and more better its storage stability.
