摘要
在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/水微乳体系中进行苯乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯共聚并水解,得到了粒径在30-55nm之间、多分散系数小于0.2的聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯醇微球。用红外光谱法(IR)表征了产物的化学结构,用zetaplus表征了反应过程中粒径大小和多分散性,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征了水解后粒子的形貌、大小和多分散性。研究了反应时间、CTAB浓度、加料方式对产物粒径及单分散性的影响。
Monodispersed polystyrene-polyvinyl alcohol(PS-PVA) nanoparticles with the diameter of 30-55nm has successfully been synthesized in microemulsion system through copolymerization of styrene with vinyl acetate and hydrolyze. The chemical composition of this copolymer was identified by IR. The particle size and polydispersity were measured by zetaplus and TEM. The influence of reaction time, CTAB concentration and mode of monomers addition on the particle size and monodisperse were also studied.
