摘要
柔性、高强度的钢波纹管涵洞,不仅具有优良的适应地基与基础变形的能力,而且具有自重轻、运输方便、施工简单且施工工期短、造价低、对地基扰动小、对基础要求较低等优点,还具较强的抗拉、抗剪和抗疲劳能力,故其具有较为广泛的应用前景。文章通过对钢波纹管涵洞进行野外现场测试,从不同的角度研究了其力学特征,结果表明:钢波纹管涵洞的管顶、管侧沿着波形(断面)方向呈现出不同的应力应变变化趋势,波峰和波谷处以及内侧和外侧、切向和轴向的应力应变呈现出管顶与管侧相反的拉压变化规律。
The flexible and high strength corrugated steel culvert not only has excellent adaptability to the deformation of groundwork or foundation, it can be used to solve the damage problem of culvert caused by its foundation' s uneven subside, but also has the virtues of light in deadweight, easy to transport, simple to construct, rapid installation, low cost, little disturbing to groundwork, lesser requirement for foundation with high tensile strength shear and fatigue resistance strength. Therefore, it has wide application prospect. Its mechanical performance is studied in various aspects by means of field testing in the paper. Different development trend is observed of the stress and strain at the top and along the two sides of corrugated steel culvert. The stress and strain along tangent direction and aixis direction, at wave crest and wave hollow, inside and outside show opposite change pattern.
