月经、生殖因素与乳腺癌关系的病例对照研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的分析评价江苏地区女性月经、生殖因素与乳腺癌发病风险的关系。方法采用病例对照研究,对经病理确诊的488例乳腺癌病例和482例对照进行月经、生殖因素与乳腺癌关系的单因素和多因素的logistic回归分析。结果单因素logistic回归分析结果显示,初潮年龄大、活产数多能降低乳腺癌的发病危险性;首胎活产年龄大患乳腺癌的危险性增加,有流产史和无母乳喂养史者患乳腺癌的危险性亦增加。多因素logistic回归分析结果与单因素分析结果较为一致。结论月经、生殖因素在江苏地区女性乳腺癌的发病过程中起重要作用。 Objective To evaluate the association of menstrual and reproductive factors with breast cancer in Jiangsu province. Methods A case-control study and univariate and multivariate logistic regression were employed to evaluate the association of menstrual and reproductive factors with breast cancer in 488 breast cancer cases and 482 controls. Results Univariate logistic regression revealed that subjects with elder menarcheal age and more number of live births had lower risk of breast cancer, Subjects with elder age at first live birth and lack of breast-fed and having the history of abortion had higher risk of breast cancer. The results of multivariate logistic regression were similar to that of univariate logistic regression. Conclusions Menstrual and reproductive factors among women in Jiangsu province were associated with breast cancer.
