摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压与头发中微量元素的关系。方法采用t检验和多因素非条件logistic回归进行高血压病例组和健康对照组头发中化学元素Zn、Fe、Al、Cr及Fe/Zn比值的分析。结果高血压病例组的元素Zn含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),高血压病例组的元素Fe、Cr含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论Zn、Fe、Cr及Fe/Zn比值与原发性高血压的发生有关。
Objective To study on the relation between trace element in hair and hypertension. Methods T test and multivariate non-conditlonal logistic regression model were used to analyze trace element Zn, Fe, Al, Cr in hair of 42 hypertension patients and 84 healthy people. Results The contents of Fe, Cr in hypertension patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls （P〈0.05）, while Zn were lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Zn, Fe, Fe/Zn might be related with hypertension.
