摘要
目的:观察杉糖平预防给药对高血脂模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法:采用喂食高脂饲料的方法建立大鼠高血脂模型,正常组及模型组灌胃0.5%CMC溶液,其余各组分别预防给药灌胃辛伐他汀15mg/kg和杉糖平高、中、低三个剂量(分别为3200mg/kg、1600mg/kg、800mg/kg),于第10天和第22天测定血清TC、TG、HDL-c,公式计算LDL-c=TC-(HDL-c+TG/5)[7],称肝重和附睾脂肪重量并计算肝脏系数和体脂系数。结果:与模型组相比,杉糖平高、中剂量组(3200mg/kg、1600mg/kg)可显著降低血清TC、TG,但对HDL-c、LDL-c、肝重及肝脏系数、附睾脂肪重量及体脂系数均无明显影响。结论:预防给药杉糖平可显著降低模型大鼠的TC、TG,调节血脂。
Objective： To observe the effect of ShanTangPing on blood lipid and lipoprotein concentration in rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods ： The rats with hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding high-fat diet, the normal and negative control was clysterized with 0.5% CMC, the other treated groups was elysterized with Simvastatin 15mg/kg and ShanTangPing （3200mg/kg. 1600mg/kg. 800mg/kg） respectively, at 10d and 22d, the level of TC, TG, HDL-c were measured and calculated [LDL-c = TC - （HDL-c ＋ TG/5 ）], The liver and the fat of epididymis were weighed and the coefficient of liver and body fat were also calculated.Results： comparing with negative control, ShanTangPing at dose of 3200mg/kg and 1600mg/kg could decrease the level of serum TC, TG significantly, but were found no effect on other index.Conclusions： ghanTangPing could decrease the serum level of TC, TG in rats with hyperlipidemia.
