摘要
为证实三价铬(Cr3+)对心肌损伤的保护作用,采用大鼠腹腔内注射生理盐水、Cr3+、硒(Se),尾静脉注射阿霉素,观察Cr3+对阿霉素心肌病超微结构及心肌电生理的影响。超微结构观察发现,阿霉素组心肌细胞核周边不清,胞浆疏松,线粒体部分空泡变;心肌纤维疏松、断裂,有溶解现象,Cr3+及Se组病变明显减轻,肌丝排列整齐。心肌电生理检查显示,阿霉素组QRS时限、Q-T间期、动作电位时程APD50及APD90延长,Cr3+组无变化,Se组也延长。Cr3+、Se对心肌损伤有明显的保护作用,同时Cr3+能逆转阿霉素心肌电生理改变。
Toprovetheprotectiveefectsoftrivalentchromium(Cr3+)onmyocardialdamage,itsultrastructureandelectro-physiologicalchangeswereobservedindiferentgroupsofratswithin-traperitonealinjectionofnormalsaline,Cr3+andselenium,andinjectionofadriamycin(ADR)bytheirtailvein.Resultsofultrastructuralobservationsshowednuclearmarginofmyocardialcelswasobscure,cytoplasmbecamecoarseandsparse,mitochondriavacuolar,myocardiofibrilloose,brokenandlyticinthegrouptreatedwithADR,myocardiopathicchangesreducedandmyocardialfilamentsarrangedingoodorderinthatwithCr3+andselenium.QRScomplex,Q-Tinterval,APD50andAPD90inelectrocardiograph(ECG)prolongedinthegroupwithADRandselenium,andnochangeswereobservedinthatwithCr3+.ItsuggestsCr3+andseleniumhaveapparentlyprotectiveefectsonrat′smyocardium,andCr3+alsocanreversethechangesinECGcausedbyADR,whichisofimpor-tanceinpreventionandtreatmentofcardiovasculardiseases.
