农民代言人是能够为民请命,时刻把农民利益放在第一位的个人和团体。从利益的权威性分配、政治博弈、意见表达和三大文明协调发展的角度来看农民需要利益代言人。社会主义政治文明发展进程呼唤农民代言人的诞生,农民代言人也推动了政治制度的完善和政治文明的发展。
