摘要
随着高等教育向大众化的发展,高校培养人才的重任日益艰巨,高校教师职业特点和社会对该职业的要求标准不断变化与提高。从高校教师职业具有独特性和复杂性、劳动具有探索性与无终止性、劳动成果具有滞后与长效性、高校教师与大学生的地位具有平等性等四个方面探讨了高校教师职业的特点,分析了高校教师在社会经济发展中的地位和作用。
With the popularized development of higher education, the major target of training the talents in the university is becoming increasingly difficult. The constant changes and improvement are meeting with the vocational features on college teachers and its professional standards. This paper explores the vocational features on college teachers from the following aspects： the uniqueness and complexity of the profession; the exploration and endlessness of its work; the delay and long- term effect of their achievements; the equality between college teachers and students, so as to analyze the status and role of college teachers in social economic development.
