摘要
本文采用变分法研究了阱宽对氮化物抛物量子阱的影响,结果表明,抛物量子阱阱宽对能量的影响是很明显的,基态能量和第一激发态能量随阱宽的增大而减少.
In the paper, the effect of well width on the energy of Nitride parabolic quantum well is studied by means of the variational technique. It is shown that the energy of parabolic quantrmwell is sensitive to the well width, the ground energy and the first excited state energy will decrease with the increasing of the well width.
