摘要
用板栗壳作原料,选用6种化学添加剂与水浸提,以单宁质量分数及单宁纯度为考察指标,结果表明:乙醇水溶液作溶剂浸提板栗壳效果最好,提高了单宁质量分数及单宁纯度。选择浸提温度(A)、浸提时间(B)、乙醇用量(C)为考察因素,用正交试验法对板栗壳的提取工艺条件进行筛选,以单宁质量分数及单宁纯度为考察指标进行了极差和方差分析,综合两考察指标优选出最佳提取工艺条件组合为:浸提温度95℃、浸提时间6h、乙醇用量30%。
Extracting effects of six chemical additives with water were studied in terms of content and purity of tannin using Chinese chestnut shell as raw material. Result indicated that as an impregnant the extracting effect of alcohol liquid is the best judging from the improvement of content and purity of taunin. The technological conditions for extracting vegetable tannin extract from Chinese chestnut shell were selected by orthogonal test, including extracting temperature ( A), extracting time (B) and alcohol dosage (C), and range and variance analyses on content and purity of tannin were conducted. The optimal technological conditions were obtained as extracting temperature 95 ℃, extracting time 6 h, alcohol dosage 30%.
