摘要
通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了改性芳胺固化环氧树脂/有机蒙脱土(EP/OMMT)纳米复合材料的非等温固化动力学,采用Ozawa-F lynn-W all法、K issinger法和Crane公式计算了体系的反应活化能、反应级数、频率因子等固化反应参数,并估算了理论凝胶温度和理论固化温度。结果表明,有机蒙脱土的加入降低了环氧树脂体系固化反应活化能和频率因子,但对反应级数影响不大。这说明有机蒙脱土对体系的固化反应有一定的促进作用,但不改变固化反应机理。
The non-isothermal curing kinetics of epoxy/organical montmorillonite (EP/OMMT) nanocomposites was investigated by using the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). As for the EP/OMMT composites containing different amount of OMMT,the values of activation energy ( Δ E), reaction order( n), frequency factor( A ), theoretic gelling temperature and theoretic curing temperature were evaluated, and the effects of OMMT on the curing reaction and the caring reaction mechanism of the system were discussed. The results showed that the addition of OMMT can promote the curing reaction of epoxy, but has no obvious effect on the curing reaction mechanism of epoxy.
