摘要
人才作为知识的创造者、应用者和传播者,已成为国内各地方政府和企业首先关注的对象。江苏企业人才资源的结构性矛盾十分突出,人才的数量结构、质量结构和专业结构不能满足生产发展的要求。从人才资源的质量方面看,江苏省与发达的国家和地区的差距很大,特别是高层次的技术创新人才不足;在人才资源的专业结构方面,江苏省的人才专业结构还不能满足产业结构调整的需要。这些问题的解决需要政府进一步的政策支持和人才的分层分类管理。
Being creator,user and propagator of science and technology, men of talent have being paid great attention by local government and enterprises in our country, because the talent resources structures of the enterprises have a little defects in jiangsu, and it can not meet the need and knowledge. In the structures of quantities and qualities of talent resources, there is a large gap between jiang'su and other developed countries or areas, especially, lack of the higher level technology creator; In the professional ability structures of talent resources, it cannot fit to the readjustment of industrial structures in jiangsu. The governments have best to support with effective policy and management with divide-layer and sort.
