摘要
CVC混纺针织物中、浅色的一浴法浸染生产中常出现的色花、色差、色变的问题,可用日本东棉化药公司生产的AQ—LE型分散染料与CN型活性染料搭配的一浴法浸染工艺来解决,强调煮漂和染色生产中必须注意的工艺和操作,并提出了色深、色浅的一些回修措施。
One-bath one-step exhaust dyeing of CVC knitted fabrics is performed with the mixture of AQ-LE type disperse dyes and CN type reactive dyes for light to medium colour so as to overcome the problems such as mottled appearance, colour difference and flare often occured in this kind of dyeing. Precautions in technology and operation of bleaching and dyeing are emphasized, and mending measures for colour dyed too deep or colour dyed too light are presented.
