食品安全问题及其治理的制度分析 被引量:17

摘要 食品安全问题是我国目前经济生活中的一件大事。食品质量安全问题是由于现行制度不适应非完全竞争市场条件下的食品信息不对称、外部性、交易成本等的结果。市场信息的不对称、一次博弈,以及承担责任范围小、处罚缺乏威慑力,使得生产和经销安全食品缺乏激励,机会主义的投机冲动则变为现实。食品市场的有序运行,安全食品的供给,需要正式规则与非正式约束的结合,食品责任制度与信用制度的相互协调。
