摘要
对酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)单倍体菌株SY8的原生质体进行紫外线(UV)和微波(MW)复合诱变,获得1株高抗性突变菌株SY8-4-29,其Cr3+抗性水平为20 mmol/L,是出发菌株(5 mmol/L)的4倍,其铬含量为6.211 mg/kg,约是出发菌株(1.265 mg/kg)的5倍,拮抗紫外线6、0Co辐射和清除羟基自由基的能力显著增强。50世代培养结果表明,其遗传稳定性在95%以上。
The haploid strain SY8 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was multl-mutated with UV and Microwave. Mutant strain SY8-4-29 was obtained, whose resistance level to chromium reached 20 mmol/L; chromium content was about fivefold higher than that in the initial strain;biological function was notably improved, and genetic stability after 50 generations was over 95%.
