摘要 油管螺纹部分的损伤是油田采油过程中造成事故、返工的一个重要原因,因此需要对其定期进行检测。提出一种专门用于检测工件端部的局部漏磁检测方法,介绍了一种油管螺纹漏磁检测传感器的设计方法。该检测传感器主要由磁化部分、磁感应部分、直线扫描驱动部分以及等空间采样控制4部分组成,可对油管螺纹部分经常出现的断扣、丝扣磨损、根部裂缝、粘扣以及油管螺纹区锥度的变化等缺陷进行准确、快速的检测,适合于现场检测的要求,具有非常广泛的应用前景。 The failure of oil well tubing thread is one of the very hnportant factors to cause the accident and to do poorly done work over again, so it must be inspected periodically. A new MFL testing method which can inspect the end area of pieces is introduced and a kind of Testing Sensor of tubing thread based on the digital MFL theory is described. The Sensor includes the magnetizer, the magnetic inductor, the driver of the linear scanner and the controller of sampling with the same distance. The sensor can detect the flaw including the breakpoint of the thread, abrasion, crack in the root of the thread, the change of the conical degree and so on, which are often arisen in the use of extracting oil under the well. The sensor can meet the requirement of tubing thread testing on the spot and has very wide application foreground.
