针对食品机械的腐蚀,本文首先介绍了几种最常见的腐蚀形态的特点,然后从材料选择、结构设计、加工制造等方面阐述了在设计阶段实现食品机械防腐的预防性控制措施。
For the corrosion of food machine, the author introduces the characteristics ot some prevalent corrosions, and then expatiates the preventive control of food machine's antisepsis in design process, including material choosing, structure design and manufacture.
