摘要
以固态水玻璃粉末为硅源,三甲基十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,成功合成了硅基介孔材料。利用 XRD,SEM和TEM技术对介孔材料的结构进行表征,研究了介孔材料在合成过程中CTAB与Si的摩尔比、体系pH值、反应温度及烧成制度对其结构的影响。结果表明:在CTAB与Si的摩尔比为0.15,体系pH值为8.5,反应温度为70 ℃,煅烧升温速度为5℃/min时,合成的样品微观结构较好,孔道分布均匀,且长程有序化程度高。
A method for preparing mesoporous material by using water- glass as the silicon source, (CH3) 3C16H33NBr (CTAB) as the platting agent was studied. The characteristics of the meso- structure of the synthesized samples were investigated by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The influences of n(CTAB) : n(Si), pH value of slurry, crystallizing temperature and sintering schedule on synthesis were discussed. According to the experiment results the optimized conditions for synthesizing mesoporous material were given as follows: n(CTAB) : n(Si) =0. 15, pH =8.5, t =70℃. The heating - rate of sintering schedule is 5℃/min. In this conditions th samples has highly ordered amangement of meso - structure.
