妍婷颗粒对输卵管炎性不孕大鼠模型ICAM-1的影响 被引量:17

Influence of Yanting Granules on ICAM-1 in rat model of salpingitic infecundity

摘要 目的探讨中药妍婷颗粒对输卵管炎性不孕大鼠细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule,ICAM-1)的影响及其疗效与机理。方法用混合菌接种法制作输卵管炎性不孕大鼠模型,以妍婷颗粒进行治疗,分为灌肠和灌胃两组,治疗后用ELISA法检测血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(solubility intercellular adhesion molecule,sICAM-1)水平和用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠ICAM-1蛋白表达。结果大鼠ICAM-1蛋白表达和血清中sICAM-1水平灌胃组与灌肠组均较模型组降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且灌肠组较灌胃组亦低(P<0.05)。结论妍婷颗粒对大鼠ICAM-1蛋白表达和血清中sICAM-1水平有调节作用,从而对大鼠炎性不孕具有很好的治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the influence, curative effect and mechanism of Yanting Granules on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in rat model of chronic salpingitic infecundity. Methods The rat model of chronic salpingitic infecundity was established by using mixed bacteria inoculation and then treated with Yanting Granules. The rats were divided into the coloclysis goup and oral group. After the treatment the serum level of solubility intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) was detected with ELISA method and the ICAM-1 expression in rats was detected with immunohistochemistry. Result The serum level of sICAM-1 and ICAM-1 expression in rats in the coloclysis group and oral group decreased compared with that of the model group (P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). Those were lower in the coloclysis group than in the oral group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Yanting Granules has an integrated ef- fect on the serum level of sICAM-I and ICAM-lexpression in rats and therapeutic effect on rat salpingitic infecundity.
