摘要
为了准确测定沥青混合料最大理论相对密度大小,将影响空隙率值的因素控制在较小范围内,分析了规范中几种不同的沥青混合料最大理论相对密度测定方法不足对其值的影响,提出了用沥青浸渍法测定沥青混合料最大理论相对密度的操作方法.该法人为影响因素小,适用于各种沥青及集料拌制的混合料的最大理论密度的测量.试验表明:以沥青为介质,得到了沥青混合料的零空隙状态,理论上严密,实践上可行;用沥青浸渍法测定的最大理论相对密度与现场集料对沥青的吸收程度较为吻合,其结果较为准确、可靠.通过大量试验对不同级配的大粒径沥青混合料最大理论相对密度的不同测定方法结果比较,证实了沥青浸渍法是一种比较合理、精确且简易的测定方法.
In order to accurately measure the relative density of pitch mix biggest theory, to set the factors of affecting volume of air voids (vv)in comparatively small range, the paper analyzed the disadvantages of several standard biggest theories relative density messurement methods for pitch mix materials on their value, and put forward the operation of applying pitch dippimg method to measure biggest theory relative density for pitch mix. The method has little man-made influence, and it is available in all types of pitch materials or pitch mix materials. Test showed: taking pitch as medium, zero volume of air voids could be attained, it was theoretically well-conceived and practically applicable; applying the biggest theory relative density messured with pitch dipping method, the absorption degree of asphalt was comparatively better and its results were relatively accurate and liable. After large amount of comparison among different measurement methods with their results, pitch dippimg method has been proved a comparatively reasonable, accurate and simple measurement method.
