摘要 本文主要阐述预应力混凝土系杆拱桥的设计与无支架施工要点。设计要点主要介绍作者在设计实践中的经验及贯彻公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵没计规范(ITGD62-2004)相关条文的体会。无支架施工内容是作者提出的先拱后梁的系杆拱施工方案,其中包括施工阶段水平推力的估算,采用体外索平衡水平推力的相关措施,经过杭嘉湖地区以及浦东新区多座系杆拱桥的施工实践,证明先拱后梁的施工方法是一种具有经济意义及社会效益的成功方法。 This article is mainly about the key points of design and construction method without scaffolding of prestressed concrete tied bars arch bridge. As for the design points, this article mainly introduces the author's experiences during designing and using the design codes of JTG D62-2004. As for the construction method without scaffoldings, the author put forward a scheme of fitting the arch first then fitting the girder in construction of tied bars arch bridge. It includes the estimation of the horizontal thrust during the construction, and the measures of balancing horizontal thrust using external tendon. After the practices of the constructions of some tied bars arch bridge in Hangjianghu area and Pudong new district, it is proved that the construction method of fitting the arch first then fitting the girder is a successful scheme with economic and social benefits.
