摘要
依法行政是建设社会主义法治国家的核心与关键。推进依法行政,建设法治政府,应适应社会主义市场经济发展需要,坚持科学发展观,依法行政要以“以人为本”为基本宗旨,以“全面、协调、可持续发展”为基本发展方式,以“实现经济、社会和人的全面发展”为基本目标,努力构建社会主义和谐社会。
Administration by law is the key to construct a socialist state ruled of the law. To administrate by law and build a government ruled of the law, We should adjust to the needs of the socialist market economy development and insist on scientific development theory .We should build a harmonious socialist society in a way of＂ All-round, sustainable and coordination ＂, with the basic goal of ＂Realizing the all-round development of economy, society and people ＂and with the basic principle of ＂Human centered＂.
