摘要
根据齿尖性能要求及实际工况进行了成分设计,制订了齿尖用钢的熔炼工艺和热处理工艺规范,并进行了力学性能测试和金相分析。试验结果表明,新研制的钢种可代替ZGMn13钢用作电铲组合铲齿的齿尖材料。
The paper presents the compositive design for the steel of assembled buchet teeth according to the practical need, formulates the technological norm of metallurgy and heat treatment for that steel, and carries out the mechanical test and metaUographical examination. As a result, The new sample may replace ZGMn13 steel as the materical of assembled bucket teeth of the excavators.
