摘要
利用TG-DTG及DSC技术研究了Nd(C5H8NO3)2(C3H5N2)2C l3.4H2O在氮气中的热分解过程;采用Achar微分法和Coats-Redfern积分法对配合物进行动力学分析,推断出脱水阶段的热分解反应的可能机理,求出该配合物热分解的非等温动力学数据,结果显示,脱水过程属于n=1/2的成核生长机理,其动力学方程为dα/dt=Aexp(-E/RT){(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]-1/2}.
The thermal decomposition process of the complex of Nd ( C5H8NO3 ) 2 ( C3H5N2 ) 2Cl3·4H2O was studied in nitrogen by TG - DTG and DSC techniques. The non - isothermal of kinetics data were analyzed by means of Achar differentialtion and Coats - Redfern integration. The possible reaction mechanism and the kinetic equation were suggested by comparing the kinetic parameters. The result shows that this dehydrate process is nucleation and growth. The kinetic equation can be expressed as:dα/dt=Aexp(-E/RT){(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]^-1/2}
