摘要
通过对我国高等医学教育发展非均衡的现状以及形成原因进行分析，提出高等医学教育要实现可持续发展，就必须实现区域化，实现办学层次和办学模式的多样化。
The article analyzes the current situation of higher medical education in China and the causes of the unbalanced development. It points out that to ensure sustainable development of higher medical education, it is necessary to offer different types of education in different regions and diversify the levels and modes of school running.
