摘要
目的:探讨慢性压迫性脊髓损伤状态下脊髓细胞糖酵解的改变。方法:采用生物化学方法,检测糖酵解关键酶已糖激酶(HK)、磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)、丙酮酸激酶(PK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性变化。另设假手术组作为对照。结果:与正常值比较,LDH、HK、PFK及PK活性在脊髓损伤组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脊髓组织受伤后,脊髓细胞能量代谢发生改变,由有氧氧化为主改为以糖酵解为主。及时治疗无氧代谢可改善组织的能量代谢状态,减轻脊髓组织的损伤。
Objective: To investigate the changes of the energy metabolism after chronic compression of spinal cord in the rabbit. Methods: Biochemical methods were employed to determine the activities of the key enzymes during glycolysis such as hexokinase (HK), phosphofructokinase (PFK), pyruvate kinase (PK), lactate dehydroganase (LDH). Results: The activities of the LDH, HK, PFK and PK in the experiment group increased significantly compared with the sham - operation and the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The energy metabolism in the spinal cord cell mainly changed from aerobic oxidation to glyeolysis when the spinal tissue was injured. After the injured spinal cord was treated in time, the energy metabolism in the tissue can be improved, which can relieve the injury.
