摘要
有机酸是厌氧消化过程中有机物降解时产生的重要中间产物,大部分CH4气体都是由有机酸的进一步分解而形成的。本文对高温/中温两相厌氧消化反应器用以分别同时处理污泥与其它高浓度有机废物时有机酸总量及各脂肪酸数量的变化,进行了深入研究和探讨。结果表明:高温相的主要目的在于水解产酸,中温相的目的在于各脂肪酸被分解去除而产生沼气。
Organic acids are the most important intermediate products in anaerobic digestion, from which most CH4 is formed by their further reduction. Total organic acids and their spectrum in the process of two - phase thermophilic/mesophilic digestion of sewage sludge and other high strength organic wastes have been comprehensively studied in the paper. The experimental results show that the thermophilic phase is mainly for hydrolysis and acidification of organic substrates and mesophilic phase for the reduction of organic acids and the production of digestion gas.
