摘要
本文介绍了一种全新的光电检测法──透光率脉动检测技术。它利用悬浮液中颗粒组成的随机脉动特性,分析和检测颗粒的聚集状态及其变化过程.该检测技术可进行流过式连续在线检测,特别是其有效检测值为一个比值,不受透光壁粘污和电子漂移的影响,不需进行清洗和标定,极大地方便和简化了使用程序,这是该技术的一个突出优点.其非直接接触的光透射式的特点,使得多种复杂水质的检测成为可能,是其它类似检测技术难以做到的。
Fully new photoelectric method for monitoring the fluctuation of transmitted light is introduced in this article. It is based on the characteristic of random variations in composition of suspended particles in suspensions. The state and the detailed process of particle coagulation can be anlaysed and monitored by this method. The on -line monitor can be operated continuously in a flow- through mode. It will become a very effective method for research work. In particular, the output of monitor is a specific value, which remains unaffected by fouling of optical surfaces or electronic drift of electrical elements, and there is no need to clean up the samping tube or calibrate the output during operation. This makes the monitoring process quite simple and convenient, and becomes an outstanding advantage of the technique. The characteristic of its indirect contact and light-transmitted manner makes it possible to monitor the process of particle coagulation in different water with various complex water qualities. This provides a unique monitoring technique for the research of coagulation process.
