摘要
在阐述了质量管理体系有效性的涵义上,分析了影响体系有效性的主要因素,提出企业为保持质量管理体系持续有效运行应采取的一些措施和方法.以XTB公司为例,运用上述相关理论对公司质量管理体系的建立及运行情况进行了实证分析,指出为保持公司质量管理体系运行的有效性,应建立SPC过程控制系统、引入6σ管理模式等措施.
Based on the concept of quality management system effectiveness, the factors affecting the effectiveness of implementing QMS are analyzed and some solutions to improve the efficiency of QMS are proposed. The setting up process of XTB QMS and its running effectiveness are taken as an example to give some suggestions for enterprises to keep their QMS constant effectiveness. SPC control system and 6σ management are helpful measurements to improve the management level of XTB and also practical to other enterprises.
