摘要 分别以水、10%乙醇作反应介质采用恒定pH一步反应液相法,制备纳米层状双金属氢氧化物(MgA l-CO3-LDH)粉体.研究了溶液pH值、聚乙烯醇对纳米LDH晶型的影响,分别用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、差热分析仪(DAT)对样品的物相、形貌、粒径和热行为进行表征.结果表明,以10%乙醇溶液为溶剂,pH>12.5条件下,可制备纯度>98%单晶结构的纳米LDH粉体,用2%聚乙烯醇作分散剂制备的试样分散性好,颗粒呈球状,尺寸平均约为20 nm. The powder of nano-layered double hydroxides was prepoared by one step linquid phase reaction under constant pH value. Under the pH 11 - 13 adapting polyvinyl ethanol (2%) as dispersant , using water and alcohol (10%) as reaction media nano-LDH samples have prepeared respectively. Using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Differential Thermal Analyzer (DTA) the sample's phase ,formation , grain size and the thermal action have characterized respectively. As a result, using alcohol ( 10% ) as solvent and pH value higher than 12.5 ,the crystal nano-powder has been obtained with purity more than 98%. Using polyvinyl alcohol as disporsant, spherical nano-LDHs have been obtained with good dispersibility and the size is about 20nm.
