摘要
应用主成分分析法,由样本相关矩阵出发,对49个陆地棉品种的9个主要纤维品质性状(长度、整齐度、短纤维指数、比强度、伸长率、马克隆值、成熟度指数、反射率、纺纱均匀性指数)进行了分析,以性状的累积方差贡献率达到85.21%,确定了3个反映棉花纤维性状的主成分及其主成分的函数式,并通过计算品系的重要主成分值,对供试品种(系)比较,进而选择综合经济性状优良的品种(系),其结果与品种(系)的实际表现型相近似,表明可以用主成分分析法对棉花主要经济性状综合评选,为棉花优良性状选种提供理论依据。
The analysis was carried out on properties of 9 main fibre quality properties ( length, degree of uniformity, short fibre index, specific strength, elongation, Maerom value, maturity index, refleetivity, index of spinning uniform) right from 49 upland cotton varieties. The ratio of contribution of accumulated variance reached 85.21%. The 3 principal components reflecting the character of cotton textile fibre and its numerical expression. The comparison of experimental swacns were made and the fine swains obtaining comprehensive economic character were selected. The final results showed that their actual performance characters were similar to one another. The result indicated that the main economic character of cotton may be evaluated to provede theoretical basis for strain selection of fine character of cotton.
