摘要
利用IR、UV、C13-NMR光谱分析技术和元素分析、HPAEC-PAD液相色谱法,对冷水提取的螺旋藻多糖SPS-1进行结构和糖基组成研究。结果发现,螺旋藻多糖的糖环是吡喃环,单糖以α-型糖苷键相连。是硫酸粘多糖,糖环上连有甲氧基和乙酰氨基,组成的糖基有六种,已知的糖基分别是D-岩藻糖、D-鼠李糖,D-葡萄糖,相对应的摩尔比为5.0:1:63.5。
The structure of spirulina polysaccharide SPS-1 and the component of glycon extracted were studied in the cold water by using IR,UV,C^13-NMR and elements instrument and HPAEC-PAD fluid spectrum. The results showed that the tings of sugars of Sporulina polysaccharide are pyran rings; monolysaccharide is linked by a-type glucosidic bond and there . arc acctamine , methloxyl, sulfate radicals in the sugar links. The spirulina polysaccharide has six kinds of glyeons,among them, D-galactose and D-glucose and D-hamnose have been determined and their molar ratio are 5.0:1:63.5.
