摘要
研究了加工方式对PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)长丝结构和性能的影响。结果表明,FTT长丝的应力-应变曲线中都存在屈服现象,其中DT(拉伸丝)、FDY(全拉伸丝)和TCS(热管纺丝)的应力-应变曲线与IPP(等规聚丙烯)硬弹性纤维相似,拉伸曲线上出现了明显的第一和第二屈服点;而HOY(高取向丝)的应力一应变曲线与POY相似,存在明显的细颈拉伸现象。DT的X射线衍射图谱与POY相同,表现为2个较为弥散的衍射峰,而FDY、TCS和HOY则出现较为尖锐的衍射峰。在升温DSC曲线上,4种PTT纤维都有一个较小、明显小于POY(部分取向丝)的冷结晶放热峰。4种VTT 长丝的力学性能和回弹性能均存在较大差异。
The effect of processing methods on structure and performance of PIT filament were studied. Result showed that yield phenomenon exists in the stress - strain curve of PIT filament, and the stress - strain curves of DT, FDY and TCS were similar with that of IPP hard elastic fiber, by which obvious No. 1 and No. 2 yield point appeared in the drawn curve ; while the stress - strain curve of HOY was similar with that of POY, both have mini - neck drawn phenomenon. The X - ray diffraction spectra of DT were similar with it of POY, which showed two dispersing diffraction peaks, and the spectra of FDY, TCS and HOY showed sharper diffraction peaks. It were observed that all the DSC heating curves of the four PIT fibers had a small cold crystallizing exothermic peak which was far smaller than POY. Great differences existed among the mechanical properties and elastic properties of the four filaments.
